The wellness services at Kinisi Institute are preventive care programs designed to improve your overall health and fitness. We believe we must treat every person as a whole in order to build and maintain good health.

In this program, you will be paired up with a personal wellness coach. They will design a program specifically for you to help you reach your wellness goals.

Your wellness coach can help you with:

  • Dietary guidance
  • Improving your quality of life
  • Increasing physical activity
  • Reducing your risk of disease
  • Smoking cessation
  • Stress management
  • Time management
  • Goal setting
  • Weight management

Preventing Disease & Injury

Wellness coaches at Kinisi Institute work with you to make changes to better your health and well-being in order to reduce your risk for disease. We can also review your current exercise routine and diet and make recommendations to help you reach your goals more efficiently.

As part of your coaching you will:

  • Discuss barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals
  • Figure out how you can work to achieve goals in a realistic way
  • Discover ways to make lifelong changes that you have found difficult to do on your own

Your Kinisi wellness coach will work with you and other specialists to create a plan to fit your lifestyle and build long-term success for you. You can expect one-on-one coaching, as well as follow-up phone calls to see how you are doing once the program has ended.
